PTQ 1: Demonstrated experience in managing the planning, justification, presentation, and implementation of financial management programs and operations for a dynamic organization of comparable size and scope to the BBG, while conforming to policies of a legislative or other governing body.
PTQ 2: Demonstrated experience as a technical authority and expert advisor to senior leadership regarding budgetary, financial and audit policies, laws and regulations, and capability to balance a high degree of autonomy with responsiveness to the vision of senior leadership.
PTQ 3: Experience that demonstrates skill in promoting teamwork and collaboration among senior leaders in solving urgent and long-term financial problems involving complex or sensitive issues, differences of opinion, important policies, and other management challenges.
PTQ 4: Demonstrated experience and ability in the use of change management techniques; in implementing recommendations that significantly interpret or redirect policies or programs to respond to shifting conditions; and in the use of 'best practices' from Federal agencies and the private sector to keep an organization on the cutting edge of its field.
