A. I possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may include applying expert knowledge in the areas of information processing, data managememt, strategic planning, and implementation of associated systems and services; analytical and evaluation methods for the assessment and improvement of complex project management processes and analysis in order to manage project throughout the full project life-cycle. A high level of analytical ability sufficient enough to provide the Office Director and senior staff with authoritative information, analyses, advice and assistance in the formulation and solution of major, complex, and sensitive issues and problems that face the office.
