MERIT PROMOTION – You may apply under Merit Promotion procedures if you meet the requirements for one of the following categories:


1. Current career/career-conditional employees of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture applying for promotion to a position at a higher grade level than your current permanent position in the competitive service.

11. Prepares panel materials, including pre- and post-panel processing.
