I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level making final determinations on non-sensitive, routine immigration benefit requests that involve determining applicant admissibility and credibility; or analyzing evidence and applying statutory requirements, regulations and judicial and administrative precedents; or preparing written reports detailing the detection of immigration fraud and pertinent patterns.
C. I have a combination of successfully completed graduate education in an appropriate discipline and experience as described in B above, the total of which equals at least one year.
D. I do not have the education or experience described above.

I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level determining admissibility and reviewing documentation of those seeking admission to the U.S.; or reviewing evidence by those applying for immigration benefits, conducting liaison with law enforcement/intelligence agencies; or planning and implementing policies and procedures related to detection of immigration fraud.
B. I do not have the experience described above.

I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level preparing analytical reports on immigration-related issues; or conducting portions of studies on the impact or implementation of new immigration enforcement/anti-fraud programs or policies; or preparing analytical data, reports, and responses to inquiries regarding existing immigration enforcement/anti-fraud programs or policies; or developing procedures for implementing immigration enforcement/anti-fraud programs or policies.

7. Coordinate with local fraud detection operation to improve local anti-fraud operations.

8. Establish and maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

9. Conduct inquiries on suspected immigration benefit fraud and make final determination.

10. Evaluate benefit applications/petitions for fraud indicators.

11. Analyze findings and make decisions on courses of action.

12. Apply Immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to make determination when evidence of fraud has been articulated.

13. Apply Immigration laws, regulation, policies, and procedures in analysis of evidence of fraud.

14. Review reports conducted by others to determine how it impacts eligibility for the benefit sought.
