18. Answers a variety of inquiries from the public (applicants, attorneys, schools, businesses, etc.).

19. Coordinates with internal and external organizations in an effort to determine why a case has not been resolved and attempts to expedite necessary action.

20. Provides information and assistance on applications to applicants/petitioners and/or their legal representatives in response to telephone, walk-in, congressional or other written inquiries on aspects of immigration and nationality law as it relates to their specific area of responsibility.
