I have at least 1 year of Specialized Experience equivalent to the GS-4 grade level that involved word processing, either solely or in combination with clerical work - for example, preparing realty correspondence, maintenance of logs and clearing and categorizing files or documents to aid in delivery of documents or files to the appropriate file format. This experience must be comparable in scope and responsibility to the next lower grade level (equivalent to the GS-4) in the Federal service, including: assisting specialists who process and approve the transfer of land title for all land acquisitions and disposal transactions.

B. I have completed 4 full years of progressively higher-level education leading to a bachelors degree in any accredited business or technical school, college or university above high school in any field for which high school graduation or equivalent is a prerequisite. (SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS)

I have a combination of experience as described in (A) and education in excess of the first 60 semester hours i.e. beyond second year is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience, more than 1 full year of academic study (30 semester hours) beyond second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience in (B) which totals at least one year.
