I have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-4 grade level in the Federal service which involved work that is routine in nature in examining titles, preparing chains of title, title status reports, and maintaining the accuracy of computerized systems, as described in the vacancy announcement. Examples may include: preparing documents, using office software programs to retrieve and sort information file or records.

B. I have successfully completed 4 years of education above high school level in any field at an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school.

C. I have a combination of experience as described in A and education as described in B which totals 100% of the requirement for 1 year of specialized experience.
