I have 3 years of general experience (progressively responsible experience), 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4 grade level, that demonstrates the ability to: 1) Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Plan and organize work; and 3) Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

B. I have successfully completed a full 4 year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university. (One year of full-time undergraduate study is defined as 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours).

B. I have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours, 27 quarter hours or equivalent).

I have a combination of specialized experience as described in A and more than two years of graduate education as described in B when combined together meets 100% of the total requirements for the position.
