A. I have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS/GG-09 level in the Federal Service, Military or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Prepare written and oral forecasts on military and political issues driving regional dynamics in the Middle East; 2) Independently characterizes how the operational environment in the Middle East either enables or inhibits key threat actors from exercising freedom of movement; 3) Employs structured analytical techniques to develop key judgments and alternative analysis.
B. I possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree LL.M., if related.
